Q
How long will my order take?
A
Wheelie Bins
For bulk orders of wheelie bins, dispatch is typically 4-5 business days direct from the factory from date of order and payment, and for smaller orders, these come from the small orders warehouse and dispatch is approx 2 weeks.
Pedal Bins, Multisort Bins & Hands-Free Wheelie Bins
These are typically dispatched same day.
Customised Bins
Bins with locks fitted, holes cut in the lid or rosettes fitted are made to order, and take 2-3 weeks for completion from the date of order and payment.
Bin Tippers & Forklift Attachments
For stocked items, dispatch is typically 3-5 days from date of order. For
Bin Enclosures & Powder Coated Bin Stands
These items are custom made and take 6-8 weeks for production and dispatch.

How much will the delivery cost?
A

Brisbane
Delivery for 24 bins direct from the factory to Brisbane CBD is approx $85 + GST.
Courier delivery for 5-12 bins from the small orders warehouse, is approx $55 - $85 + GST for Brisbane CBD.
Sydney
Delivery for 24 bins direct from the factory with a bulky freight carrier, is $72 + GST within Greater Sydney.
Courier delivery for 5-12 bins from the small orders warehouse, is approx $75 - $95 + GST for most areas in Sydney.
Melbourne
For example, delivery for 24 bins direct from the factory, within Greater Melbourne is $55 + GST.
Courier delivery for 5-12 bins from the small orders warehouse, is approx $55 - $85 + GST for most areas in Melbourne.

Are your products Australian made?
A
Yes! The vast majority of our products are made in Australia - the country of origin is detailed on nearly every page, and all of our products are of the highest quality.
Wheelie Bins
Our HDPE plastic wheelie bins are made in New South Wales, Australia.
Bin Tippers
The Liftmaster bin tippers are made in Melbourne, Australia, and the Simpro bin tippers are made in Auckland, New Zealand.
Four Wheeled Bins
Our HDPE plastic four wheeled bins are made in Europe.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?
A
Yes. For wheelie bins the minimum order quantity is 5. For other items, the minimum quantity is displayed in the "Product Information" section.
Q
Seeing as your minimum order quantity is 5 for the wheelie bins, can I combine the wheelie bin sizes to make up 5 bins?
A
Yes! Absolutely. So you could order 4 x 120 Litre wheelie bins, and 1 x 80 litre wheelie bin. Or 3 x 240 litre wheelie bins and 2 x 140 litre wheelie bins, all in different colours.

Do I need to prepay for my order?
A
Yes. We require prepayment for all orders, however Schools and Government departments and organisations do not need to prepay.

Do you have coloured wheelie bins?
A
Yes! We have 13 wonderful wheelie bin colours for you to chose from: dark green, nature green, grey, black, red, yellow, blue, burgundy, purple, orange, brown, white, food grade natural, and lime green for the lids only.

Do you hire wheelie bins or bin tippers?
A
No. Sorry, we don’t hire out any of our products. You’re best to search for “wheelie bin hire” or "bin tipper hire"+ your suburb or area, and you should be able to find the right person for the job. Events Hire companies do hire out wheelie bins, and Kennards Hire have some bin tippers, depending on the area.

Do you collect or dispose of rubbish or waste?
A
No. Sorry, we don’t collect or dispose of any rubbish. You’re best to search for “waste removal” + your suburb or area, and you should be able to find the right person for the job.

Can I have different coloured lids?
A
Yes, you sure can – you can have a different coloured lid to the body colour, such as red bins with blue lids, or grey bins with yellow lids.

Do you have a warranty on your products?
A
Yes. The wheelie bin bodies have a 5 year warranty on manufacturers defects, the lids, wheels and axles have a 3 year warranty on manufacturers defects, and the wheelie bin tippers have a 12 month warranty on the frame, and a 6 month warranty for the battery.

What happens if my product arrives damaged, or with missing parts?
A
Please let us know immediately if your goods arrive damaged or any parts are missing – we will have them replaced, but you must let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.

Do you accept returns on products for change of mind?
A
No. Sorry. Please make sure you ask as many questions as you like, to ensure you get the right product for your needs.
Q
Do you sell replacement parts for household bins?
A
No. Please contact your local council for any household bins or replacement parts – usually this is a free service offered to households by the council, with a few exceptions.
